  • Upon purchase of the program you will receive an email confirmation detailing how we will run the program and how information will be shared
  • When solid communication is established we will schedule a Skype consultation where I will gain a greater understanding of your goals, training experience, nutrition and lifestyle habits and other relevant information needed to achieve your goals
  • You will receive a written copy of the information we discuss along with further additional information
  • I will use the collective information to create a customized program suitable for your goals, personal circumstances and facilities available

$100 - $160 CAN

A price range will exist depending on our ability to complete 1 on 1 in-gym diagnostic sessions.

Progress will be tracked on an interactive training template I provide. Progression in weight used on exercises, fluctuation in body weight and physical changes to your physique will serve as the primary indicators of progress, along with any personal goals we establish. If you wish to continue with updated installments of the training phases they can be purchased for a discounted price.

  • I provide 1 on 1 personal training to clients with varying personal circumstances within the GTA area (Ontario, Canada).
  • A session can be scheduled via email
  • Possible locations include at home, commercial gyms or other locations you may suggest
  • The training session structure will vary depending on your level of experience, equipment available, available training time and specific goals for the training session
  • During the session I will provide attentive coaching and information surrounding proper exercise execution, workout structure and answer any questions you may have to the best of my abilities
  • The training session will be structured as follows:
    1. Warmup
    2. Pre-Workout Stretching
    3. Exercises
    4. Post Workout Stretching/Mobility(Optional)
    5. Session focused post workout discussion
  • Post Workout discussions are an opportunity to discuss any questions and provide an informative recap of the session and ensure take away some valuable information

$25 - $85 CAN

  •  Prices vary depending on additional factors such as distance, facility fees, equipment fees and other unforeseen expenses
  •  A $15 deposit is required upon session confirmation. This deposit is deducted from the overall fee upon completion of the session. If you need to cancel within 12 hours of the time you have provided written confirmation of your session you will be refunded your deposit. If you need to reschedule/cancel between past 12 hours and prior to 24 hours of the time you have provided written confirmation of your session you will receive $10 from your deposit. If you need to reschedule/cancel within 24 hours of the time you have provided written confirmation of your session you will not be refunded your deposit.
  • Once you have provided written confirmation of your session you will receive an estimated cost
  • Online payment is required 24 hours prior to your session
  • Cash payment is required upon arrival at your session

Price

$40/hour

Consultations over an hour will be charged $10 every 15 minutes
